To activate them:

  1. Navigate to Automations in your GoCSM dashboard

  2. Open the GoCSM v3 Workflows folder

  3. Review each workflow

  4. Customize the messages or timing if needed

  5. Publish the workflow

All workflows are fully editable, so you can adjust triggers, messaging, and conditions at any time.
