1. What It’s For

The Media Storage section in GoCSM is where we keep important media files—especially recordings of your meetings with our team.

When you have a call with us (onboarding, success check-ins, feature walkthroughs, etc.), we’ll upload the recording to your GoCSM account. This gives us both a clean record of your journey and makes it easy to revisit any past sessions.

We’ll also give you access to your recordings through the Success Center via a clickable button. So if you or your team want to rewatch something later, it’s just a click away—no digging through emails.

2. You Can Use It Too

Media Storage isn’t just for your meetings with us—it can also be used to keep track of your own internal files or team trainings. Upload things like:

• Customer onboarding walkthroughs

• Internal team training videos

• Customer-facing explainer videos

• SOPs or feature tutorials

It’s a convenient way to keep everything organized and in one place.
