How to connect GoCSM to your GoHighLevel account

Overview
When you log into GoCSM for the first time, you'll be guided through connecting your GoHighLevel account. This one-time setup allows GoCSM to sync your sub-account data, revenue intelligence, and churn and retention activity so everything is ready in your dashboard.
What is the Copilot admin?
During the integration, GoCSM automatically creates a new agency admin user inside your GoHighLevel account called Copilot. This account is used to keep automations reliable and secure.
⚠ Important: Copilot has read-only access for the most part. Your data remains exclusively within your GoHighLevel environment and is never stored outside of it.
Step-by-step: connecting GoCSM
Install the app. When prompted after your first login, click Install GoCSM App. This redirects you to the GoCSM V3 app in the GoHighLevel marketplace.
Select Agency View. Make sure Agency View is selected, then click Install.
Log in with agency credentials. Enter your GoHighLevel login and authenticate using your agency access.
Select sub-accounts. You'll see a list of your sub-accounts. Select all sub-accounts and make sure to enable Future Installation so any new sub-accounts are synced automatically.
Confirm the installation. Click Continue, then Allow and Install to complete the authorization.
Verify success. You should see an Installation Successful message confirming GoCSM is now connected and data sync has started.
Refresh GoCSM. Go back to GoCSM and refresh the page. Your data will begin to populate in the dashboard.
What data gets synced?
GoCSM's V3 app connects directly to your SaaS Configurator and the rest of your GoHighLevel agency. The following data is pulled during and after the integration:
ℹ Data synced: Login activity · Feature adoption · Churn and retention signals · Revenue data · 90 days of historical data from the time of connection
⏱ Heads up: Data takes approximately 20–30 minutes to fully populate after installation. This includes 90 days of historical login activity and revenue intelligence.
Troubleshooting
If you don't see data after 30 minutes, try refreshing the GoCSM dashboard. If the issue persists, verify that you selected all sub-accounts during installation and that Future Installation was enabled. Contact support if the problem continues.
