1. What is this?

This section lets you manage who owns contacts and opportunities, and how those owners are connected. It also lets you create and edit pipelines used across GoCSM to track customer progress.

Settings You'll See:

1. Allow different owners of Contacts and their Opportunities

  • Turn this on if you want contacts and their opportunities to have different owners.

  • Note: If this is on, some workflows might stop auto-assigning owners to opportunities.

2. Automatically make Opportunity owner a follower of the Contact

  • When someone becomes the owner of an opportunity, they’ll also follow the contact connected to it.

3. Automatically make the Contact owner a follower of the Opportunity

  • When someone becomes the owner of a contact, they’ll follow the opportunities linked to that contact.


2. Pipeline Setup

You can:

  • Create a new pipeline

  • Add and name stages

  • Choose to show stages in a funnel or pie chart

These are the default pipelines already used across GoCSM:

  • Company Health Status

  • Happiness Levels

  • Login Activity

  • Product Adoption

  • Scores

  • Subscriptions & Billing

  • Top Spenders

These pipelines help power your dashboard, automations, and health tracking—but you can add your own as needed.
