1. What They Are

Audit Logs help you track what’s happening inside your GoCSM account. They record important user activity—like who made changes, when they were made, and what was updated—so you always have a record of what’s going on behind the scenes.

2. What You Can See in the Audit Logs

  • Who logged in and when

  • Changes made to contacts, companies, workflows, tags, automations, and more

  • When settings or permissions were updated

  • Which team member made each change

This is especially helpful when:

  • You need to troubleshoot unexpected behavior

  • You want accountability on your team

  • You’re training new staff and want visibility into actions they’re taking

  • You want to double-check who deleted or edited something

3. How to Use It

Go to Settings > Audit Logs You’ll see a timeline of actions with filters so you can search by:

  • Date range

  • Staff member

  • Type of action

  • Affected object (e.g., contact, workflow, tag)

Good to Know

  • Only users with the right permissions can access audit logs

  • You can’t edit or delete logs—they’re kept secure for transparency

  • It’s a good practice to check logs regularly if you have a larger team or shared access
