Overview

The Success Center is your central hub for getting help, staying up to date with platform changes, submitting feedback, and accessing GoCSM resources. You can reach it at any time from within your GoCSM account.

Book a call

You can schedule a one-on-one customer success call at any time by navigating to the Success Center and clicking Book a Call. Calls are free and available with a member of the GoCSM team.

πŸ“… Weekly group sessions: Every Wednesday at 9:00 PM Pacific / 12:00 AM Eastern, GoCSM hosts free group support sessions. These are open to all users and can be joined the same way as one-on-one calls.

Affiliate program

You can sell GoCSM as an affiliate directly from the Success Center. If you're already a GoCSM user, you're automatically registered as an affiliate, no separate sign-up needed.

To access the affiliate portal:

  1. Go to the Affiliate Portal link in the Success Center.

  1. Enter your GoCSM account email on the login page.

  1. Click Forgot Password to set a new password and gain access.

Platform updates & changelog

The Success Center displays the latest GoCSM platform changes. New features are released almost every week. To view the full history, click View All Changes, which takes you to ideas.gocsm.com/changelog.

⭐ Recommended: Subscribe to updates on the changelog page so you're notified whenever new features ship. The easiest way to create an account is by signing in with Continue with Google, then clicking Subscribe to Updates.

Feedback & roadmap

GoCSM's development team actively monitors the feedback board. From the changelog site you can:

  • Submit ideas: Go to Feedback β†’ All Posts β†’ New Post.

  • Vote on requests: Upvote existing posts you'd like to see prioritized.

  • View the roadmap: See what features are planned for upcoming releases.

Help center & documentation

Click Help Center in the Success Center to visit docs.gocsm.com, where you'll find the full knowledge base, written guides, and video tutorials for getting maximum value from the platform.

Submitting a support ticket

The preferred way to submit a support ticket is directly through your GoCSM account. The external ticket portal is being deprecated and will be removed soon.

  1. Click the Intercom icon in the bottom-right corner of your GoCSM account.

  2. Select Create a Ticket. Your email will be pre-filled.

  3. Enter a title, description, and ticket type, then submit.

βœ… Response time: You'll hear back from a GoCSM team member within 24 hours.

Meeting recaps

After any one-on-one or group meeting with the GoCSM team, a recording will appear in the Meeting Recaps section of the Success Center. This is a shortcut to your GoCSM media storage where all recordings are saved.

Join the GoCSM Facebook Group to share feedback, ask questions, and stay involved in discussions about new and existing features. You can also follow GoCSM on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube for the latest updates.
