1. What is this?
Custom Fields let you store extra information about a contact or companyβlike tags, dropdowns, or notes specific to your process, and can be used in automations and internal tracking.
Custom Values are reusable shortcodes you can insert in messages, emails, workflows, or calendar links. Think of them as your library of links and shortcuts, organized neatly so you donβt have to copy-paste things every time.
