Get Started with Revenue Intelligence

To unlock portfolio-level analytics and automated insights, you must first integrate your HighLevel account. Follow these simple steps to get started:

Step 1: Navigate to Revenue Intelligence Log in to your GoCSM dashboard. From the main left-hand menu, click on Revenue Intelligence.

Step 2: Connect Your HighLevel Account You will see the "Connect Your HighLevel Account" landing page. Click the Install GoCSM App button to begin the integration process.

Step 3: Install the Marketplace App You will be redirected to the GoCSM V2 Private App in the HighLevel Marketplace. Click the blue Install button in the top right corner.

Note: Ensure you are logged into HighLevel Marketplace to proceed.

Step 4: Select Accounts and Permissions You will be prompted to select which accounts to connect.

  1. Click Select all to ensure your entire portfolio is tracked.

  2. Check the box for Enable Automatic Future Installation so new clients are automatically synced.

  3. Click Continue (and then Allow & Install on the next permissions screen).

Step 5: Confirm Installation Once you see the Installation Successful confirmation screen, the connection is complete. You can now close the HighLevel Marketplace tab/window, return to your GoCSM Revenue Intelligence page, and refresh the browser.

Step 6: Data Sync in Progress Upon refreshing, you will see the Data Sync in Progress screen. The system is now securely importing your historical data.

  • Time Estimate: This takes 10–30 minutes, depending on the size of your agency.

  • Note: You do not need to keep this page open; you can close the tab while the sync completes in the background.


⚠️ Important Note: GoCSM Copilot User During installation, a GoCSM Copilot Agency Admin user is automatically added to your agency. This user is required to maintain secure API access and data synchronization. Please do not delete or modify this user, as doing so will disrupt your Revenue Intelligence service.
