What is this?
This is where you add and manage the phone numbers used to call or text your customers through GoCSM.
How it fits with GoCSM:
Send SMS reminders for success sessions or onboarding check-ins.
Make outbound calls for high-touch accounts β especially when email isnβt working.
Keep all communication linked back to the GoCSM Conversations tab, so nothing slips through.
What You Can Do:
1. Add Phone Numbers Buy or connect numbers from providers like Twilio. You can choose local area codes for better response rates.
2. Assign Numbers to Users Let your success team have dedicated numbers, or keep one shared for all messages.
3. Use in Automations Send SMS through your Customer Touch workflows β like for login inactivity, product nudges, or feedback follow-ups.
4. Call & Text from GoCSM Everything happens inside your account β no switching apps.
