Premium Users are the high-value customers you've chosen to prioritize. These users might have higher engagement, larger accounts, or stronger potential for growth. In GoCSM, you can mark any user as a Premium User, and their data is highlighted in key dashboard sections to help you track them separately.
Some customers are more important to your business than othersβwhether because of their spending, engagement, or strategic value. We created Premium Users to help you focus on the customers that matter most and ensure they get the attention they need.
Marking a User as Premium
1οΈβ£ Go to the Health Section in GoCSM. 2οΈβ£ Find the user you want to mark as Premium. 3οΈβ£ Toggle the "Premium User" option to enable it.
Dashboard Tracking β Premium Users have a separate section in the dashboard for quick insights.
At-Risk Alerts β If a Premium User is at risk (low activity or unhappy), they are flagged.
Customer Health Monitoring β See detailed engagement trends for youer Premium Users.
