Stay in the loop. Know what’s happening with your customers—instantly.
Internal Notification workflows in GoCSM are designed to alert your team when key events happen in a customer’s journey. These automations don’t send anything to the customer — they’re purely for internal awareness and action.
Internal notifications are automated alerts that help your team stay proactive. Whether a user becomes inactive, gives unhappy feedback, or qualifies for something — your team knows right away.
Because customer success is a team sport. You can’t fix what you don’t know, and these notifications make sure you never miss an important moment. Less guessing. More doing.
These workflows come pre-built and active by default — so no setup is required unless you want to customize.
To view or edit them:
Go to the Automations section in your GoCSM dashboard
Click on the Internal Notifications tab
Review or edit any workflow triggers or notification settings
Save your changes — that’s it!
You can customize:
Who gets notified (specific team members or roles)
When they get notified (real-time, daily summary, etc.)
