The GoCSM Health Widget is a quick-access tool that gives you a snapshot of a sub-accountβs engagement and activity. Instead of navigating through different sections, this widget allows you to see key health metrics right inside the account youβre working on.
When managing multiple accounts, you need to quickly assess customer engagement without jumping between dashboards. The Health Widget helps you check user activity, request feedback, and take immediate actionβall from within a sub-account.
1οΈβ£ Go to the Health Section in your GoCSM agency account. 2οΈβ£ Find the Health Widget toggle and switch it on for a sub-account. 3οΈβ£ Open the sub-account, refresh the page, and the widget will appear.
πΉ Last Login β See when the user last accessed the platform. πΉ Feedback β View recent customer sentiment (NPS scores). πΉ Time Spent on Features β Check how actively the user engages with different tools. πΉ Custom Menu Link Usage β See if theyβre interacting with custom menu links.
Request Feedback β If feedback tracking isnβt enabled, you can activate it from the widget.
Engagement Insights β If a user is healthy but hasnβt given feedback, you can prompt them for insights directly from the widget.
Account Health Monitoring β Use the data to decide on check-ins, upsells, or re-engagement strategies.
