1. What is this?
The GoCSM Health Widget is a quick-access tool that gives you a snapshot of a sub-account’s engagement and activity. Instead of navigating through different sections, this widget allows you to see key health metrics right inside the account you’re working on.

2. Why we made this?
When managing multiple accounts, you need to quickly assess customer engagement without jumping between dashboards. The Health Widget helps you check user activity, request feedback, and take immediate action—all from within a sub-account.
3. How to use this?
3.1. Enabling the Health Widget
1️⃣ Go to the Health Section in your GoCSM agency account. 2️⃣ Find the Health Widget toggle and switch it on for a sub-account. 3️⃣ Open the sub-account, refresh the page, and the widget will appear.

3.2. What the Health Widget Displays
🔹 Last Login – See when the user last accessed the platform. 🔹 Feedback – View recent customer sentiment (NPS scores). 🔹 Time Spent on Features – Check how actively the user engages with different tools. 🔹 Custom Menu Link Usage – See if they’re interacting with custom menu links.

3.3. Taking Quick Actions
Request Feedback – If feedback tracking isn’t enabled, you can activate it from the widget.
Engagement Insights – If a user is healthy but hasn’t given feedback, you can prompt them for insights directly from the widget.
Account Health Monitoring – Use the data to decide on check-ins, upsells, or re-engagement strategies.
