1. What is this?

The Health page gives you a quick, actionable snapshot of all your sub-accounts—so you can instantly see which customers need attention, which are thriving, and where your team's time is best spent.

This is the main starting point for managing customer health across your agency.

1.1. What You’ll See on This Page

You’ll find the following sections at the top of the page for quick filtering:

  • All Sub-accounts – Every company you’re managing inside GoCSM

  • SaaS Companies – Customers using your SaaS plans

  • Regular Companies – All other Non SaaS active sub-accounts

  • Premium Companies – Tagged for priority

  • Churned Companies – Sub-accounts that have canceled or stopped using your service

1.2. Data Columns You’ll See

Each row in the table represents one company/sub-account and includes the following:

The name of the sub-account (click to open the full Company Profile)

Last Updated

Last time that there is an activity in the Sub-account

Login Activity

How many users have recently logged in

Product Adoption

How many features have been used by the Sub-account

Feedback (NPS)

How many feedback captured from the Sub-account users

Health Status

Thriving, Steady, At Risk – based on GoCSM’s smart scoring system

Assigned CSM (Coming Soon)

Assigned sub-accounts to dedicated customer success manager

Actions

1.3. Bulk Actions

Select multiple accounts and take quick actions:

  • Tag selected companies as Premium?

    • Mark/Unmark as select sub-accounts as Premium

  • Turn on Feedback(NPS) for selected companies?

    • Enable/Disable the GoCSM Feedback Widget to collect insights from selected companies.

  • Turn on GoCSM Widget for selected companies?

    • Enable/Disable the GoCSM Widget to selected companies.
