How 'Login Activity' works

GoCSM puts users into different stages based on when they last logged in. Here's how it flows:

1. Active Users

These are your most engaged customers - they've logged in today. This is in real-time, so you always know who's active right now.

2. The Movement Pattern

  • After 24 hours without login: The user moves to " Active Within A week "

  • After 7 days: The user moves to "1 week Inactive"

  • GoCSM keeps tracking through two weeks, three weeks, and one month

3. Staying in the Loop

  • You get a notification when someone becomes inactive (7 days without login)

  • You can automate a text or email to the customer

  • The dashboard shows you a quick view of inactive users

4. Making It Work for You

Customize things as needed. You can:

  • Change when you get notifications

  • Customize the messages/emails as per your brand voice

  • Choose between automatic or personal outreach

The goal is simple: keep users in the "Active" and " Active Within A week " stages. When they start moving toward "Inactive", you should know about it.

Remember: The sooner you notice someone's not logging in, the better your chances of bringing them back.
